We offer Acoustic Hoods designed for quick assembly and dismantling for meeting critical requirements of noise suppression of DG Sets.
The salient features of our Acoustic Canopy are as under:
- Enough space to house panel and Fuel-Tank inside canopy (optional)
- Heavy-duty sturdy steel base frame for D.G. Set.
- Provision of Air-Intake and Air-Exhaust silencer(s) for best results
- Open able doors for easy access to virtually every part of D.G. Set for comfortable maintenance.
- We provide
- a)1st Layer of Tissue Paper.
- b) Rock-Wool 64 Kg/m3,50 mm Thk.
- c) Total thickness of panel-100mm High Performance most comfortable Sound Reduction level to 70-75 db at a distance of 3 meters.
- Axial Fan(s) to supply air.
- Separate Duct for ventilating hot air coming out of engine (In case of Air Cooled Engines)/Radiator duct for water cooled engines.
- Weather proof structure that can also be erected in open space, totally water proof.
- Anti-Corrosion treatment to the full structure and body for long-life under adverse weather conditions.
- 2 coats of Epoxy primer followed by 2 coats of Enamel Paint.

| Flash Dryer
|
Flash Dryer is a pneumatic system primarily used to dry products requiring the removal of free moisture. Drying takes place in a matter of seconds. Wet material is dispersed into a stream of heated air (or gas) which conveys it through a drying duct.
Using the heat from the air stream, the material dries as it is conveyed. Product is separated using cyclones, and/or bag filters. Typically, cyclones are followed by scrubbers or bag filters for final cleaning of the exhaust gases to meet current emission requirements.
Elevated drying temperatures can be used with many products since the flashing off of surface moisture instantly cools the drying gas without appreciably increasing the product temperature.
For even greater thermal efficiency and where inertisation is required, recycling of exhaust gases can be used. This can be implemented on all our air stream drying systems and retrofitted on customer's existing drying operations.
